Publication rules

  1. Raw submissions remain private and separate from career profiles.
  2. Cells require at least five eligible submissions; higher thresholds may apply.
  3. Currency, period, base, cash bonus and annualized equity remain separate.
  4. Outliers, duplicates and stale records require review before aggregation.
  5. Every public cell shows sample size, source type, confidence and as-of date.
Salary data is informational and may not reflect an individual offer, tax situation, vesting schedule, working hours or local benefits.
